We are looking for a neat and hands on person for help to maintain our wonderful 22 unit estate with restaurant and offices.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY TO INCLUDE (but not limited to):
Responsible for the completion of all maintenance requests as assigned in neat and orderly manner.
Must be able to think independently and complete needed tasks assigned while seeing other items while in process Service properties in all aspects.
Must know how to change a electric switch, fix a faucet, install a toilet, patch drywall and general upkeep on residential rental units Cleaning, washing, painting on residential style buildings.
Help servicing and PM on all equipment in restaurant, grounds and units.
Adjust, and light repairs or diagnose issues with HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems MUST-Own a reliable vehicle that you will use daily to commute.
Requires driving record last 36 months acceptable to our insurance carrier.
This job requires exerting 25 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly.
Other Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.
